Settings

The settings tab lets you customise how GoTrack looks and behaves, manage your subscription, and get help.

Display

Four toggles control how the schedule is presented throughout the app:

  • Use 24-hour time: switches all departure and arrival times from 12-hour (e.g. 2:30pm) to 24-hour format (e.g. 14:30).
  • Scroll to next trip: when enabled, the schedule list automatically scrolls to the next upcoming departure when you open the schedule tab.
  • Show next trip button: when enabled, a floating button appears on the schedule that scrolls you to the next upcoming trip if you have scrolled away from it.
  • Group schedule by time of day: when enabled, trips are grouped into sections by time of day (e.g. morning, afternoon, evening, night) instead of appearing as a single continuous list.

Manage subscription

  1. Tap Manage subscription under the Subscription section.
  2. The App Store subscription management screen will open.
  3. From there, you can view, change, or cancel your GoTrack subscription.

Get help

  • View FAQ: opens the GoTrack support documentation in a built-in browser. (This is where you are now.)
  • Contact us: opens a pre-addressed email so you can get in touch with the GoTrack team directly. We are typically able to respond within a few hours.
